Stéphane Lefebvre, who graduated Summa Cum Laude from Drexel University with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering, is a licensed Professional Engineer and the Co-Founder of Lefebvre Atelier Engineering, PLLC with over 10 years of experience in architectural, structural, building engineering and project management. As a Project Manager, Stéphane has brought to a number of New York City’s major private development and urban infrastructure projects his expertise which encompasses all project phases, from planning and design through construction, including building design, structural engineering, system modeling, cost estimating and inspection. He is well versed in multiple design codes and standards, including NYC building code, NYC Fire Code & NYS building Code.
Stéphane Lefebvre is bilingual in English and French.

DESIGN CONSULTANT
Nassim Lefebvre graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Design and Merchandising concentrating in International Marketing from the Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design and Business Administration from the LeBow College of Business. During her time at Drexel University, she won first place for Visual Merchandising with her design team in the DesignPhiladelphia Festival contest, an annual event of the Philadelphia Center for Architecture. Through her education and work, she has developed skills in ergonomic design, space planning, quality design and aesthetic excellence. As the Co-Founder of Lefebvre Atelier Engineering, PLLC, Nassim brings all her expertise in business and design. Her professional and passionate approach to lifestyle design is apparent in her detailed creative talent in upscale design and material selection.
